CONDITIONS

All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached

The product is accompanied by all necessary documents to prove transaction.

Please note that we don’t accept returns for sale items.

Mezzo Mezzo boutiques reserve the right to refuse returns that are not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In case that we don’t accept the return for the above reasons, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

Merchandise must be returned in one package

STORE CREDIT: Store credit can be used on a future order within 12 months of the return.

REFUND: Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date when returned items have been checked and accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card, Paypal or bank account used for paying for the order. Please note that processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company.

• If the purchase was made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued
